RICE(米) MUFFIN

Rice flour / Butter / Eggs / Vanilla extract

Baking powder / Unsalted butter / Salt



1. Soften the butter at room temperature. 


2. Add sugar and salt, then whip until creamy.

 

3. Add eggs in several portions while                          whipping. 


4. Once creamy, mix in rice flour, baking                    powder, and vanilla extract. 


5. Pour the batter into muffin molds. 


6. Bake at 170°C (338°F) for 20 minutes.


TIP. Top with chocolate or other toppings
