Rice flour / Sugar / Salt / Dry yeast

Skim milk powder / Unsalted butter / Eggs / Water



1. Mix rice flour, sugar, salt, and yeast, 

    then knead the dough. 


2. Let the dough rise for about 20 minutes

    (first proofing). 


3. Fold the dough and place it into a mold. 


4. Allow the dough to rise again 

    (second proofing). 


5. Before baking, brush the top of the 

    dough with beaten egg. 


6. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C

    (338°F) for 20 minutes. 


7. After baking, lightly spread butter on 

    top of the bread.
